About Me
Hi There!
I’m Audrey, and I’m a bilingual therapist (English and Mandarin) offering both in person and virtual sessions across New York State. I hold a Master’s degree from New York University in Counseling Psychology and bring experience supporting individuals from BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and immigrant communities.
I show up with care, curiosity, and a sense of realness, and I have a deep belief in your resilience and strengh. My goal is to build a space for you to feel safe, empowered, and challenged to grow.
My areas of focus are anxiety and stress, relationship conflicts, trauma, people pleasing, and challenges with prioritizing yourself. I believe that our environments and experiences shape our relationships, identities, and inner narratives, and we have the power and choice to break free from obstacles towards healing and emotional resilience.
I help you tune into yourself to find clarity and direction by gently guiding the process with insight, reflection, and providing tools when it feels right. Sessions could look like problem-solving, organizing thoughts and feelings, or sitting with the complexities of being human—whether that means exploring childhood wounds or laughing about your favorite TV show.
If you are looking for a therapist who values cultural humility, trauma-informed care, intersectionality, and social justice, I’d love to accompany your journey. Feel free to connect and book a consultation to start!
